reSOURCE PARTNER Signs Outsourcing Renewal Contract with Borden

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 1999--reSOURCE PARTNER (rSP), an Application Service Provider (ASP) of leading business applications, today announced the renewal of an outsourcing agreement with chemical products company, Borden Chemical, Inc. (BCI). The multi-year contract calls for reSOURCE PARTNER to continue to provide an end-to-end solution for the corporation's human resource function using the PeopleSoft HRMS application software. Under the terms of the contract, reSOURCE PARTNER will continue to provide hosting and infrastructure support of the HRMS application at the rSP PeopleSoft Solutions Center. In addition, rSP will continue to host Borden Chemical SAP systems, and provide other IT infrastructure services including networking, electronic commerce, voice and Internet services.
